Making wings and adding them to your favorite party dress can also be an option but of course the little ones like the bought fairy wings and costumes. Despite that you can quite easily make up a set of fancy wings yourself if you have the creative bug.
You will need to equip yourself with the most essential ingredient which is glitter and then some glue. Using wire you can be inventive with the shape and you can use green stockings for the tinkerbell costume wings.
Your kids or friends could beam at your creative efforts and your or your kids could bask in the lime light with your unique tinkerbell costume. However, if you not so inclined the range of costumes available can have their uniqueness impressed with some creative accessories and different shoes.
