Why do some people hate reborns soo much?

Why?
They are just like baby dolls,just more detailed and realistic(and expensive)
They are art to me people put soo many hours in creating these dolls just to have them called “Wierd” or”Freaky”
Why can’t people see the “Art” in these dolls?
They are collectibles and the people who create them have real talent!

It has nothing to do with the art involved in creating them. That is amazing. The reason they are “freaky” is because many of the people who have them and treat them not as dolls but as real babies. The documentary on them by BBC that I saw really pointed out some people who were not acting as if these were inanimate objects but real babies and that makes people uncomfortable.
